石化企业循环水场物料泄漏排查及处置措施

摘要 水质稳定达标是循环水场长周期运行的基础。针对大连石化公司生产装置循环水冷却器物料泄漏导致水质浊度异常的问题,应用余氯检测和加样分析化验相结合的方法快速找出泄漏设备并完成隔离。物料泄漏得到处理后,循环水场采用排水置换、系统剥离、清洗预膜等方法消除泄漏物料对系统的影响,使水质恢复到正常水平。 Stable water quality up to standard is the foundation of long-period operation of circulating water fields.To solve the problem of abnormal turbidity caused by material leakage of circulation water cooler in the production units of Dalian petrochemical company,a combination method of residual chlorine detection and adding samples for analysis was adopted to find out the leaking device and complete isolation as soon as possible.After the material leakage was dealt with,the circulating water fields eliminate the impact of the material leakage on the system and restore the water quality to normal standard by means of drainage replacement,system stripping,cleaning and pre-film.
