摘要
针对某食品加工废水COD和氨氮浓度高,可生化性好,固体杂质含量高的特点,采用O+A/O-MBBR一体化装置进行处理。介绍了废水处理工艺流程、主要工艺单元设计参数、运行效果及运行费用。工程运行结果表明,O+A/O-MBBR一体化装置运行稳定,处理后的食品加工废水满足GB 13457—1992《肉类加工工业水污染物排放标准》中表3肉制品加工一级排放标准的要求(ρ(COD)≤80 mg/L,ρ(氨氮)≤15 mg/L),废水处理费为3.6元/m^(3)。
In view of the characteristics of the wastewater from a food processing factory such as high COD and ammonia nitrogen concentration,good biodegradability,high solid impurity content and so on,O+A/O-MBBR integrated device was adopted for its treatment.The flow of wastewater treatment process,the design parameters of the main process,the operation effect and cost were introduced.The operation results of the project showed that,the O+A/O-MBBR integrated device ran stably,the quality of the food processing wastewater after the treatment satisfied the requirement of table 3 in GB 13457—1992 Discharge standard of water pollutants for meat packing industry(ρ(COD)≤80 mg/L,ρ(ammonia nitrogen)≤15 mg/L),the wastewater treatment cost was 3.6 yuan/m^(3).
