摘要
在高校毕业生人数持续攀升、经济下行压力增大、新冠肺炎疫情常态化防控背景下,选取西部地区2022届高校毕业生作为调查对象,采用SPSS 26.0软件进行二元Logistic回归分析法,分析了个体文化资本、家庭文化资本及教育分流对于大学毕业生就业状况的影响,研究得出个体文化资本对毕业生就业状况影响显著,其中奖学金经历、兼职实习经历以及辅修学位经历是个体文化资本影响因素中影响作用最显著的因素;家庭文化资本中的母亲文化程度对毕业生就业状况的影响呈现正向显著关系;教育分流中的学校分流与专业分流对毕业生就业状况的影响存在着不平等效应;个体的党员身份则能有效帮助毕业生改善就业状况。通过健全完善大学生就业制度体系,提高毕业生就业能力,优化高校办学建设以及社会组织提供就业帮扶,可以促进毕业生就业,提升就业质量。
As the college graduate population in China is spiking,the downward pressure of economy is increasing,and the COVID-19 pandemic prevention and control is going normal,the college graduates in Gansu Province in 2022 are sampled to study the impact of individual cultural capital,family cultural capital,and educational diffluence on the employment of college graduates.A binary Logistic regression analysis by SPSS 26.0 reveals that individual cultural capital has an eminent influence on employment,and scholarship experience,part time internship,and minor degree experience are the most prominent influencing factors in individual cultural capital;mother’s education level in family cultural capital has a positive significant relationship with a graduate’s state of employment;school division and major streaming in educational diffluence have the effect of inequality on graduates’employment state;the party membership of an individual can effectively improve a graduate’s employment state.Measures including perfecting college graduate employment system,enhancing graduate’s employment ability,optimizing college management and construction,and seeking employment help from social organizations can promote graduate employment and improve employment quality.
