The Sinicization of Marxism and its adaptation to the Time are an extremely important part of Xi Jinping Thoughts on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era.The Sinicization of Marxism is based on the profound traditional culture deposits of the Chinese nation,and is the product of the com bination of Marxism and the traditional cul-ture of the Chinese nation.Exploring the influence of Chinese traditional culture on the early spread of Marxism in China helps to better understand and grasp the internal requirements and inevitable logic of Marxism in its Sinicization and adapta-tion to the era.Based on the interdisciplinary perspective and the integrated communication research methods,we consider the influence of Chinese traditional culture on the early dissemination of Marxism in China from the aspects of subject and ob-ject,media,process and content of communication.When Marxism was introduced into China,Chinese traditional culture provided the soil for the spread of Marxism while somewhat impeding its spread.In the spread of Marxism,Chinese tradi-tional culture plays a very important role in the selection and interpretation of Marxist content,and the inertia and content of Chinese traditional culture profoundly influenced the early spread of Marxism in China.
