摘要
高温对红托竹荪菌丝生长有极大影响,为明确红托竹荪菌丝在不同高温下的致死时间,通过采用温度与时间双因素组合共77个处理,观察测定经不同高温与时间处理后转接平板并在适温条件下培养的红托竹荪菌丝萌发时间、满板时间及生长速度、生长势等,结果确定红托竹荪菌丝在43℃高温下2 h死亡,42℃下4 h死亡,40℃下6 h死亡,38℃下16 h死亡,36℃下16 h死亡,34℃下120 h死亡;在32℃下菌丝虽不死亡但停止生长,复予适温条件培养可恢复正常生长。
Temperature has a great influence on the growth of Dictyophora rubrovalvata.By observing and measuring the germination time,full plate time,growth rate and growth potential of the mycelia of Dictyophora rubescens,which were transferred to the plate after being treated at different temperatures and treatment times and cultured at appropriate temperatures,the lethal time of the mycelia under different temperatures was explored.It was determined that the mycelia of Dictyophora rubescens died at 43℃for 2 hours,42℃for 4 hours,40℃for 6 hours,38℃for 16 hours,36℃for 16 hours and 34℃for 120 hours.At 32℃,although the mycelium did not die,it stopped growing,and the normal growth could be resumed when the mycelium was cultured at the appropriate temperature.
