摘要
为解决道路沥青性能指标常规检测方法存在的检测时间较长、操作复杂、人为干扰大等问题,文章采用衰减全反射红外光谱技术,通过主成分分析和马氏距离相结合(PCA-MD)的方法筛查样本库中的异常样本,建立定量分析样本数据库以及PLS预测模型,从而实现了道路沥青性能指标的快速检测。研究结果表明:通过PCA-MD方法判别后,主成分得分值在马氏距离之内的待测样品,其针入度、软化点及延度预测值满足重复性试验允许误差要求。
To solve the problems such as long time test,complex operation and human interference in the conventional detection methods of road asphalt performance index,this paper establishes the quantitative analysis sample database and PLS prediction model by FTIR-ATR,that have screened the abnormal samples through principal component analysis and Mahalanobis distance(PCA-MD),so as to complete the rapid test of asphalt performance index.The results show that the predicted values of penetration,softening point and ductility of samples to be tested whose main component score is within the Mahalanobis distance after the identification of the PCA-MD method meet the requirements of repeatability test allowable error.
