随着互联网时代的到来,涉海研究机构越来越重视对其特殊数据库的建设。海洋特色数据库联盟的建设关系到国家的方针政策制定,涉及到海洋事业的可持续发展。通过对海洋特色数据库联盟建设的可行性进行分析与探讨,总结出“互联网+”背景下海洋特色数据库联盟的建设与发展路径,以及未来海洋文化数据库联盟的发展建议,以期实现“互联网+”背景下海洋特色数据库联盟平台建设构想。

With the advent of the Internet era,ocean-related research institutions pay more and more attention to the construction of their special databases.The construction of marine characteristic database alliance is related to national policies and the overall sustainable development of the marine industry.Based on the construction status of marine characteristic database,this paper analyzes and discusses the feasibility of constructing a marine characteristic database alliance.In order to realize the construction idea of the marine characteristic database alliance platform under the background of Internet+,the construction and development path of the marine characteristics database alliance under the background of Internet+are summarized,and some suggestions on the future development of marine culture database alliance are put forward.
