摘要
为了检验制造业发展的阶段质量,展现各省制造业发展的现状和联系,使得政府部门能够因地制宜地把握相关政策决策的方向和着力点,构建制造业发展水平评价体系,并基于2012—2020年中国30个省份的面板数据分析了制造业发展水平的时空差异与收敛特征。研究发现:各省制造业发展水平形成了明显的“中心-外围”式空间结构,即东部为“核心”、中西部为“外围”,省际单元制造业发展水平的空间相关性明显;全国制造业发展水平在不同阶段均呈现出收敛态势,其中东部地区收敛速度最快,西部地区次之,中部地区最后。
In order to test the quality of the development stages of China’s manufacturing industry and demonstrate the current status and connections of manufacturing development in each province of China,the paper constructed an evaluation system for the development level of manufacturing industry,and then analyzed the spatial-temporal differences and convergence characteristics of aforementioned development level based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2012 to 2020,hoping to help the government appropriately grasp the direction and focuses of relevant policies.The results revealed that,aforementioned development level has showed an evident“center-periphery”type of spatial structure,that was,the eastern regions have been at the“core”of the structure,and the central and western regions were in the“periphery”.And the development quality of the inter-provincial unit manufacturing industry had a strong spatial correlation.Furthermore,the targeted development level has also showed a convergence trend at different stages.The convergence speed of the eastern region was fastest,followed by the western region and the central region.
