数据思维领导力对大学生责任感形成的影响

摘要 人工智能、大数据的出现,使得新时代大学生责任感形成路径从传统语境转变至虚拟语境。在虚拟社会中,大学生责任感实现了内容扩充、形式扩展和场域转换。大学生不仅是体验人工智能的主要群体,亦是推动人工智能发展的中坚力量。通过进一步建构与强化当代大学生的数据思维领导力,使其责任感在现实生存与虚拟生存双重语境下实现双向互嵌,是新时代培养“与时代共进、与世界同行,为世界谋大同的时代新人”的重要内容。本文对大学生责任感培育的新路径开展分析,探究了数据思维领导力优化大学生责任感形成的影响机制。在理论分析的基础上,提出了“三个转变”的实践路径来促进数据思维领导力对大学生责任感的强化作用,以期推动高校青年学生责任培育的话语维度走深、走实。 The advent of artificial intelligence(AI)and big data has ushered in a new era,reshaping the development of university students’sense of responsibility from traditional to virtual contexts.Within the virtual domain,the scope,expression,and realm of students’responsibility have expanded and evolved.University students,as primary users and crucial contributors to AI development,are at the forefront of this paradigm shift.By fostering and reinforcing data-driven thinking and leadership among contemporary university students,their sense of responsibility can be seamlessly integrated across both real and virtual contexts.This integration is vital for nurturing a progressive,globally engaged generation that seeks common ground with the world.This paper examines the novel approaches for cultivating a sense of responsibility among university students and investigates the influence mechanisms of data-driven thinking and leadership in optimizing the development of students'sense of responsibility.Grounded in theoretical analysis,the paper proposes a practical“three transformations”framework to enhance the impact of data-driven thinking and leadership on university students’sense of responsibility.
