明代“众寡分合”作战思想及其实践运用

Operational Thought and Practical Application of“More or Less Troops with Proper Separation and Integration”in Ming Dynasty

“众寡分合”即兵力的使用与部署问题,它是作战的基本问题,也是孙子兵学的重要范畴之一。明人在前人认识的基础上,对此做了更为深入细致的探讨,以戚继光、俞大猷等为代表的军事将领还通过实战对分合之变、众寡之用加以生动诠释。由此在理论和实践两个层面上进一步丰富和发展了中国古代兵学思想。

“More or less troops with proper separation and integration”refers to the issue of the use and deployment of military forces.It is a fundamental issue in warfare and one of the important categories of Sun Tzu’s military science.On the basis of previous research,the Ming people made a more in-depth and detailed study of this issue.Military generals represented by Qi Jiguang and Yu Dayou vividly explained the change of separation and integration in actual combat and the use of“more or less troops”,which further enriched and developed ancient Chinese military thoughts on both theoretical and practical levels.
