建筑工程二次结构砌块模板一体化施工工艺分析

摘要 文章结合具体工程实例,首先介绍现有二次结构施工中的支木模与砌块模板一体化技术的特点,阐述工程的特点与难点,探索基于U形预制空腔模壳砌块施工构造柱和圈梁的免支模砌块模块一体化施工工艺,对U形预制空腔模壳施工中的钢筋绑扎、墙体植筋及砌块砌筑技术要点展开详细的研究,以确保二次砌体整体稳定性,保障建筑工程施工质量,促进建筑工程事业可持续发展。 Combined with specific engineering examples, this paper first introduces the characteristics of the integration technology of supporting formwork and block formwork in the existing secondary structure construction, expounds the characteristics and difficulties of the project, explores the block and formwork integrated construction technology with no supporting formwork based on U-shaped prefabricated hollow mold shell block for structural column and ring beam construction, and carries out a detailed study on the key points of reinforcement binding, wall reinforcement planting and block masonry technology in the construction of U-shaped prefabricated hollow mold shell, in order to ensure the overall stability of the secondary masonry, ensure the construction quality of the building engineering, and promote the sustainable development of the construction project.
