大张高铁大梁山隧道混凝土拌和站冬季施工技术分析

Analysis on Winter Construction Technology of Concrete Mixing Station in Daliangshan Tunnel of Zhangjiakou-Datong High-speed Railway

冬期是混凝土结构质量病害的多发季节,为提高冬季混凝土生产质量水平,文章以大张高铁大梁山隧道工程为例,从施工组织、原材料选择及温度控制、机组及运输保温方面对混凝土拌和站冬季施工进行了详细分析,并在此过程中提出了相应的保温措施,以确保冬期混凝土施工能够顺利完成。

Winter is a season for frequent occurrence of concrete structure quality diseases. In order to improve the quality of concrete production in winter, this paper takes Daliangshan Tunnel Project of Zhangjiakou-Datong High-speed Railway as an example, analyzes the winter construction of concrete mixing station in detail from the aspects of construction organization, raw material selection and temperature control, unit and transportation insulation,and puts forward corresponding thermal insulation measures in the process to ensure the smooth completion of winter concrete construction.
