市政工程一般施工周期较长,施工内容种类多,成本管控是市政工程管理的重点内容。为了加强市政工程的成本控制与管理工作,文章结合深圳市A市政工程,首先阐述了成本控制与管理的基本原则,然后针对成本控制与管理过程中存在的问题进行分析,并给出相应的解决策略,旨在更好地促进我国市政工程的高质量发展。

Municipal engineering generally has a long construction period and many kinds of construction contents. Cost control is the key content of municipal engineering management.In order to strengthen the cost control and management of municipal engineering, this paper first expounds the basic principles of cost control and management, then analyzes the problems existing in the process of cost control and management, and gives corresponding solutions in combination with Shenzhen A municipal engineering, aiming at better promoting the highquality development of municipal engineering in China.
