摘要
我国《核电厂质量保证安全规定》(HAF003-1991)中对所有影响质量的活动提出原则要求,其中对安全重要物项的验证可以通过“检查和试验”进行。基于此,文章就法规的要求进行分析,结合目前国内制造商对核级部件主泵泵壳检查和试验,分析检查和试验的控制要点,以及如何实施,研究成果对核岛主设备国产化具有一定意义。
China’s regulation Quality Assurance for Safety in Nuclear Power Plants(HAF003-1991) puts forward principle requirements for all activities which affect quality.In the regulation, the verification of important safety-related items can be carried out through "inspection and test".Based on this, this paper analyzes the requirements in the regulations, analyzes the control points and implementation of inspection and test combined with current inspection and test of the main pump casing of nuclear-grade components by domestic manufacturers. The research results have certain significance for the localization of the main equipment of the nuclear island.
