摘要
仿蜂巢微通道应用于分离式热管蒸发端,并通过数值模拟方法探究分离式热管蒸发端仿蜂巢微通道的传热特性。文章分析了深宽比为0.3的仿蜂巢微通道水平放置和垂直放置时的温度分布,以及不同深宽比仿蜂巢微通道的温度、压力和工质分布情况。结果表明,不同深宽比仿蜂巢微通道的换热效果不同;当深宽比为0.1时,仿蜂巢微通道的平均换热系数达到最佳。
The honeycomb-like microchannel is applied to the evaporation end of the separate type heat pipe,and the heat transfer characteristics of the honeycomb-like microchannel at the evaporation end of the separate type heat pipe are explored by numerical simulation.This paper analyzes the temperature distribution of the honeycomb-like microchannel with a depth-width ratio of 0.3 when placed horizontally and vertically,and the temperature,pressure and working substance distribution of the honeycomb-like microchannel with different depth-width ratios.The results show that the heat transfer effect of honeycomb-like microchannels with different depth-width ratios is different.When the depth-width ratio is 0.1,the average heat transfer coefficient of the honeycomb-like microchannel is the best.
