摘要
建筑地下结构渗漏是大规模地下结构工程的常见结构病害。一般而言,结构渗漏问题虽然不直接危及建筑使用安全,但长期渗漏将加速建筑地下结构中钢筋的锈蚀,从而影响结构的使用寿命,因此需要高度重视建筑地下结构渗漏的控制与处理。基于此,文章结合工程实例,对建筑地下结构中的剪力墙、底板集水坑与电梯井、底板与剪力墙反口连接部位以及后浇带的渗漏问题进行成因分析,并提出相应的控制措施。
The leakage of building underground structure is a common structural disease in large-scale underground structure engineering.Generally speaking,although the structural leakage problem does not directly endanger the use safety of the building,long-term leakage will accelerate the corrosion of steel bars in the underground structure of the building,thus affecting the service life of the structure.Therefore,it is necessary to attach great importance to the control and treatment of leakage of building underground structures.Based on this,combined with engineering examples,this paper analyzes the causes of leakage in the shear wall,floor sump,elevator shaft,floor and shear wall reverse connection and post-cast strip in the building underground structure,and proposes corresponding control measures.
