摘要
使用顶管法建设联络通道具有安全、优质、高效、环保等特点,近几年,在联络通道建设方案中脱颖而出。文章以某地铁盾构区间长距离联络通道建设为工程依托,根据顶管法施工技术在联络通道掘进中的应用,计算顶管掘进关键技术参数,并对施工过程中联络通道的荷载和内力进行了分析,为相似工程施工提供借鉴。研究结果表明:在富水砂层中进行顶管法施工掘进联络通道最长顶进长度L约为25.09 m;施工完成时,联络通道管片主要呈现上下受拉、左右受压的趋势,开始掘进时应力增长较快,当掘进距离超过8.5 m之后应力增长逐渐减缓;联络通道施工完成时,拱顶和拱底所受轴力主要为拉力,拱腰处所受轴力主要为压力;联络通道施工完成时,拱顶和拱底的弯矩为正,拱腰处所受弯矩为负。
The construction of connecting passage by pipe jacking method has the characteristics of safety,high quality,high efficiency and environmental protection.In recent years,it has stood out in the construction scheme of connecting passage.Based on the construction of long-distance connecting passage in a subway shield section,this paper calculates the key technical parameters of pipe jacking excavation according to the application of pipe jacking method construction technology in the excavation of connecting passage,and analyzes the load and internal force of connecting passage in the construction process,which provides reference for similar engineering construction.The research results show that the longest jacking length L of the connecting passage excavated by the pipe jacking method in the water-rich sand layer is about 25.09 m.When the construction is completed,the connecting passage segments mainly show the trend of upper and lower tension and left and right compression.The stress growth is fast at the beginning of the excavation,and gradually slows down when the excavation distance exceeds 8.5 m.When the construction of the connecting passage is completed,the axial force is mainly tension at the arch top and arch bottom and pressure at the arch waist;the bending moment is positive at the arch top and the arch bottom and negative at the arch waist.
