城市微型管廊预制生产工艺研究

Research on Prefabrication Production Process of Urban Mini Pipe Gallery

微型管廊不仅在城市日常运行过程中发挥着重要作用,在旧城改造与城市化进程中也有重要的作用,对于城市的发展至关重要。因此,文章对城市微型管廊的预制生产工艺进行研究,以某微型管廊的施工项目为例,在介绍其工程概况的基础上,对其预制生产工艺的流程和技术要点进行分析。实践证明,微型管廊预制生产工艺能有效节约工期,提高施工效率,具有很高的推广应用价值。

mini pipe gallery not only plays an important role in the daily operation of the city,but also plays an important role in the process of urban reconstruction and urbanization,which is very important for the development of the city.Therefore,this paper studies the prefabrication production process of urban mini pipe gallery.Taking the construction project of a mini pipe gallery as an example,based on the introduction of its engineering overview,the procedure and technical points of its prefabrication production process are analyzed.Practice has proved that the prefabrication production process of mini pipe gallery can effectively save the construction period and improve the construction efficiency,which has high popularization and application value.
