摘要 高支模梁板支撑系统是高层结构工程常用的一种大型框架式支撑系统,目前主要采用结构力学基本方法简化后,通过施工管理软件进行计算,构件初选多靠经验预设和校核计算。文章以深圳轨道交通9号线二期某地铁站为研究对象,基于ABAQUS有限元分析软件,在满足规范规定的结构强度、刚度和稳定性的条件下,以经济性评价为目的,对高支模梁板支撑系统中主要参数进行优化。经算例分析,优化后的梁板支撑系统可节约支撑系统材料用量,减少工程施工费用,提高计算效率。 High formwork beam slab support system is a large frame support system commonly used in high-rise structure engineering.At present,it is mainly simplified by the basic method of structural mechanics and then calculated by construction management software.The initial selection of components mostly depends on empirical preset and check calculation.In this paper,a subway station in the second phase of Shenzhen Rail Transit Line 9 is taken as the research object.Based on the ABAQUS finite element analysis software,the main parameters of the high formwork beam slab support system are optimized for the purpose of economic evaluation under the condition of meeting the requirements of the structural strength,stiffness and stability specified in the specification.The example analysis shows that the optimized beam slab support system can save the material consumption of the support system,reduce the engineering construction cost and improve the calculation efficiency.
