摘要
当前,我国工程咨询服务企业普遍存在服务意识和人才储备不足以及企业服务模式单一等问题,亟须提高企业的市场竞争力。文章在明晰工程咨询服务质量管理的意义的基础上,对当前我国工程咨询服务现状进行分析,指出企业在服务意识、人才储备和服务模式竞争力方面均存在不足,据此提出相应的质量优化建议,旨在为国内工程咨询企业发展提供参考。
At present,China's engineering consulting service enterprises generally have problems such as insufficient service awareness and talent reserves,as well as the single enterprise service mode.It is urgent to improve the market competitiveness of enterprises.On the basis of clarifying the significance of engineering consulting service quality management,this paper analyzes the current situation of engineering consulting service in China,and points out that enterprises have shortcomings in service awareness,talent reserve and service mode competitiveness.Based on this,the corresponding quality optimization suggestions are put forward,aiming to provide reference for the development of domestic engineering consulting enterprises.
