摘要
GIL技术是输电技术发展的重要方向。GIL在传输能力、设备可靠性、运行安全性等诸多性能方面优于架空输电线路和电力电缆,其独特优势不仅为输电线路大跨度过江问题提供了一种全新的解决方案,在破解特殊地理环境、中心城市地下电网输电难题方面也同样具有广阔的应用前景。作为一种新型技术,工程前期的风险评估和把控,对建设方后期项目实施具有重要影响。借鉴风险管理的相关理论和风险评估技术,从产品本体、工程设计、施工安装、生产运维四个方面全过程分析GIL综合管廊工程可能存在的风险因素,进行技术评估和量化评价。并针对量化结果提出相应的预防控制措施,以降低未来工程风险的可能性及影响。
GIL is an important direction of transmission technology.GIL is superior to overhead transmission lines and power cables in transmission capacity,equipment reliability,operation safety and many other performances.Its unique advantages not only provide a new solution for the long-span transmission lines to cross river,but also have broad application prospects in solving the transmission problems of special geographical environment and underground power grid in Central cities.As a new technology,the risk assessment and control in the early stage of the project have an important impact on the project implementation of constructors.Based on the relevant theories of risk management and risk assessment technology,this paper analyzed the risk factors of Gil comprehensive pipe gallery project from the product production,engineering design,construction and installation,operation and maintenance.To reduce the possibility and impact of future engineering risks,technical evaluation and quantitative evaluation were carried out,corresponding prevention and control measures according to the quantitative results were implemented.
