扩园背景下高新区交通规划体系研究

Research on the transportation planning system of high-tech zone under the background of park expansion

近年来,为支撑产业转型升级,加强产城融合,国内部分高新区相继进行了扩园。在扩园升级过程中,既有交通发展模式和综合交通系统已难以满足园区转型带来的出行需求,亟须对既有交通体系进行优化提升。以岳麓高新区为例,通过分析园区现有交通发展面临瓶颈及未来发展需求,从对外交通、道路交通、公共交通、慢行交通、智慧交通等方面提出综合交通规划思路,为扩园转型时期的高新区交通发展提供一定的借鉴和参考。

In recent years,in order to strengthen the industry-city integration and support the industrial upgrading,some high-tech zones in China have successively expanded their parks and zones.In the process of expansion and upgrading,the existing transportation development model and comprehensive transportation system have been unable to meet the travel needs brought by the transformation of the park,the existing transportation system needs to be optimized and improved.Taking Yuelu High-tech zone as an example,this paper puts forward comprehensive traffic planning ideas from the aspects of external traffic,road traffic,public transport,slow-moving traffic,intelligent traffic and other aspects by analyzing the existing traffic development bottlenecks and future development needs of the park,providing some reference and reference for the transportation development of the high-tech zone in the period of expansion and transformation.
