新型外挂墙板对装配式框架结构力学性能影响

Analysis of influence of new external wall panel on mechanical properties of prefabricated steel frame substation

摘要 新型外挂墙板因装配率高、免装修等优势广泛应用于钢框架变电站,其与钢结构连接节点受力性能值得关注。为探究新型外挂墙板与钢结构构件连接节点及其对结构整体受力性能的影响,以山东某110 kV单层钢结构变电站装置楼为研究对象,采用ABAQUS数值模拟软件针对结构无墙板、有墙板、墙板开门洞和墙板开门窗洞口共4种结构模型进行多尺度数值模拟,重点探讨不同墙板设置情况下墙板与构件连接节点变形/应力特征、结构整体变形和动力特性等。研究结果表明:现有节点连接做法均不满足设计要求,主要原因是其连接节点板平面外挠度变形偏大,M1~M4四种分析模型各自挠度比值为0.62~1.0;在结构顶点最大侧向位移方面,M4<M3<M2<M1,且M2/M3分别占M4的93.4%/98.5%;在结构自振周期方面,M2~M4分析模型分别相对于M1模型,其周期折减系数为0.610,0.592,0.571;对低层外挂墙板钢结构而言,墙板设置方式对结构整体动力振动特性影响明显。 New external wall panels are widely used in steel frame substations due to their advantages of high assembly rate and free decoration.The purpose of this study is to explore the connection between new external wall panel and steel structural member and its influence on the overall mechanical properties of the structure,this paper takes the installation building of a 110 kV single-storey steel structure substation in shandong as the research object,ABAQUS numerical simulation software is used to carry out multi-scale numerical simulation for four structural models:structure without wallboard,structure with wallboard,wallboard door opening and wallboard door and window opening,mainly discusses the deformation/stress characteristics of the connection joints between wallboard and components,the overall deformation and dynamic characteristics of the structure under different wallboard settings.The research results show that existing methods of node connection do not meet the design requirements,the main reason is that the deflection deformation of the connecting node plate is too large,the deflection ratios of the four analysis models from M1 to M4 are 0.62 to 1.0 respectively;in terms of maximum lateral displacement of structure vertex,M4<M3<M2<M1,M2/M3 accounts for 93.4%and 98.5%of M4 respectively;in terms of natural vibration period of structure,compared with M1 model,the period reduction coefficients of M2~M4 model were 0.610,0.592 and 0.571,respectively;For low-rise external wall panel steel structure,the setting mode of wall panel has obvious influence on the dynamic vibration characteristics of the whole structure.
