某冲沟深回填场地建筑地基基础设计

摘要 本着集约节约用地的宗旨,山地城镇中大量欠固结深厚回填土场地被用作建设用地。根据相关统计资料,深厚回填场地上建筑地基基础造价占总造价的比例通常高达30%~40%。场地处理方案及基础方案的合理选择,对于保证建筑结构安全、节省投资以及节约工期具有十分重要的作用。重庆某冲沟场地最大填土深度约58 m,填土时间小于5 a。利用MIDAS GTS软件对场地沉降进行了模拟分析,采用强夯法对拟建场地进行加固处理。综合考虑建筑功能、轴力大小、沉降敏感性等因素进行基础选型及优化设计。采用MIDAS FEA软件对转换结构构件进行补充分析。设计方法先进合理,构造措施经济恰当,相关成果可为类似项目提供借鉴。 In line with the purpose of intensive and economical use of land,a large number of unconsolidated deep backfill sites in mountain towns are used as construction land.According to relevant statistics,the cost of building foundation on deep backfill site accounts for as much as 30%~40%of the total cost.Reasonable selection of site treatment scheme and foundation scheme plays a very important role in ensuring the safety of building structure,saving investment and time limit.The maximum filling depth of a gully site in Chongqing is about 58 m,and the filling time is less than 5 years.MIDAS GTS software is used to simulate the settlement of the site,and dynamic compaction method is used to reinforce the proposed site.The foundation selection and optimization design were carried out comprehensively considering the building function,axial force and settlement sensitivity.MIDAS FEA software is used to analyze the components of the transfer structural.The design method is advanced and reasonable,and the construction measures are economical.The relevant results can provide reference for similar projects.
