苏州市城区公园海绵设施建设的研究与分析

海绵城市是新一代的雨洪管理概念,可提高城市渗、滞、蓄、净、用、排的能力。在总结近年来国内外海绵城市建设与高品质推进现状的基础上,阐述了苏州市区公园主要海绵设施的特点,包括汇集入渗设施、中段截留设施与存储调蓄设施。分析了海绵设施设计施工过程与设施运行管理、维护中的主要问题等,并从管理政策层面提出了相关建议。

Sponge city is a new generation of rainwater management concept,which can improve the ability of urban infiltration,stagnation,storage,net,use and discharge.On the basis of summarizing the current situation of sponge city construction and high-quality promotion at home and abroad in recent years,the characteristics of the main sponge facilities in Suzhou urban park,including collecting infiltration facilities,middle section interception facilities and storage and storage facilities,are expounded.This paper analyzes the main problems in the sponge facility design and construction process,facility operation management and maintenance,and puts forward relevant suggestions from the perspective of management policy.
