学生公寓集中空调水系统管网特性研究

摘要 在我国“双碳”政策的背景下,推动建筑节能的发展有利于降低能源消耗,提高能源利用率.集中空调系统在暖通空调工程中广泛应用,越来越多的高校学生公寓也开始使用末端为风机盘管的集中空调供冷.为分析不同负荷率下集中空调冷冻水系统的管网特性,该文以某高校学生公寓为例,应用Flowmaster软件建立了该水系统风机盘管、水阀以及管网的仿真模型,并对不同工况进行了数值模拟和对比分析.结果显示,在不同工况下,该系统各支路均出现一致不等比失调的现象,且各支路在部分负荷下的实际流量大于设计值.该结论可指导后续系统运行策略的制定,实现优化系统水力特性及降低系统能耗的目的. In the context of our country's"Dual Carbon"policy,promoting the development of building energy efficiency is conducive to reducing energy consumption and improving energy utilization.Centralized air-conditioning systems are widely used in HVAC projects,and more and more student apartments in colleges and universities have begun to use central air-conditioning with fan coil units at the end for cooling.In order to analyze the pipe network characteristics of the central air-conditioning chilled water system under different load rates,this study takes a student apartment in a university as an example,and uses the Flowmaster software to establish the simulation model of the fan coil,water valve and pipe network of the water system.Numerical simulation and comparative analysis were carried out.The results show that under different working conditions,the system branches appear consistent unequal ratio imbalance,and the actual flow of each branch under partial load is greater than the design value.This conclusion can guide the formulation of subsequent system operation strategies to optimize the hydraulic characteristics of the system and reduce the energy consumption of the system.
