广东光子芯片产业发展现状和优化路径研究

摘要 光子芯片是光电产业链上游的核心元器件,是独立于电子集成技术的新兴技术,有望成为信息领域新的技术支撑,引领下一轮科技和产业变革。在分析我国光子芯片产业发展特征和未来趋势的基础上,总结广东光子芯片产业发展现状及存在的问题,进而提出加大政策支持和资金投入、实施核心技术攻关计划、加快技术创新平台建设、培育高水平创新型企业等对策建议。 Photonic chip is core component in the upstream of the optoelectronic industry chain.It is an emerging technology of electronic integration technology and is expected to become new technical support in the information field to lead the next round of technological and industrial reform.On the basis of analyzing the development characteristics and future trends of photonic chip industry in China this paper summarizes the development status and existing problems of Guangdong􀆳s photonic chip industry and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions such as strengthening governmental support and capital investment implementing core technology research plans accelerating the construction of technological innovation platforms and cultivating high-level innovative enterprises.
