摘要 为解决自动化生产车间生产运行过程和生产信息实时可视化程度低、设备数据采集困难等问题,研究了数字孪生技术和OPC UA技术在车间三维实时可视化方面的应用。首先,以搭建数字孪生车间为基础,完成了三维实时监控系统总体框架的设计,并确定了其关键运行流程和技术路线。然后,对实现该系统的4项关键技术,即车间设备孪生体建模及虚拟车间的构建、基于OPC UA技术的车间多源异构数据采集和传输方式、虚实车间同步运行,以及生产加工数据的实时可视化进行了详细阐述。最后,通过设计开发了某印章生产线的三维实时监控系统,以实时数据驱动孪生车间运行的方式,完成了对物理车间生产过程在三维场景中全方位、任意距离的实时监控。并对采集的实时数据进行分析、处理和计算,实现了车间中设备使用率、产品合格率和库存状况等生产信息动态可视化,验证了该监控系统的可行性和有效性。 To solve the problems of low real-time visualization of production process and production information and difficult data acquisition of equipment in automatic production workshop,the application of digital twin technology and OPC UA technology in three-dimensional real-time visualization of workshop was studied.Firstly,based on the construction of digital twin workshop,the overall framework of 3D real-time monitoring system was designed,and the key operation process and technical route were determined.Then,four key technologies to realize the system were described in detail including the twin modeling of workshop equipment to the construction of virtual workshop,multi-source heterogeneous data acquisition and transmission mode in workshop based on OPC UA technology,synchronous operation of virtual and real workshop,and the real-time visualization of data.Finally,through the design and development of a three-dimensional real-time monitoring system for a seal production line,the real-time data-driven twin workshop operation mode was used to complete the real-time monitoring of the physical workshop production process in a full range and any distance in the three-dimensional scene.By analyzing,processing and calculating the collected real-time data,the dynamic visualization of production information such as equipment utilization rate,product qualification rate and inventory status in the workshop was realized,and the feasibility and effectiveness of the monitoring system were verified.
