提高行星架位置度的工艺研究

摘要 针对某型号行星架位置度超差问题,开展了提高行星架位置度的工艺研究。通过对行星架加工现状和加工工艺进行分析研究,确定了影响行星架位置度的主要因素。在现有工艺设备条件下,通过对精镗孔走刀路径进行改进、设计精车专用夹具,将行星架位置度合格率提高至100%,为企业生产解决了一项技术难题,并对同类产品的加工具有一定借鉴意义。 Aiming at the problem of out of tolerance of a certain type of planet carrier′s position degree,the research on the process to improve the position degree of the planet carrier was carried out.Based on the analysis and research of the processing status and processing technology of the planet carrier,the main factors that influence the position degree of the planet carrier were determined.Under the conditions of the existing process equipment,the tool path for fine boring was improved,a special fixture for fine turning was designed,the qualified rate of the position degree of the planet carrier was increased to 100 %.It can help solve a technical problem for the production of the enterprise,and has a certain reference significance for the processing of similar products.
