清洁高速硬切削模具钢的仿真与试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 高速切削H13淬硬模具钢时刀具寿命短、刀具磨损严重等问题突出。基于清洁切削技术,采用硬质合金涂层刀具进行高速硬切削H13钢的仿真试验,研究干式、清洁切削介质(冷风、低温氮气和液氮)对涂层刀具硬切削性能的影响,探究运用清洁切削技术提升涂层刀具寿命的可行性。研究表明:与干式切削相比,清洁切削介质可以有效地控制切削区域温度,减少刀具磨损,延长刀具寿命;液氮切削时切削合力减少9.8%,切削区域温度下降12.4%,刀具寿命提高55.6%,可获得最好的刀具切削性能。研究可为H13钢的清洁高速硬切削加工提供参考。 The problems of short tool life and severe tool wear during high speed cutting of H13 hardened die steel were prominent.Based on the clean cutting technology,the simulation test of high speed hard-cutting of H13 steel using carbide coated tool was conducted to study the effect of dry and clean cutting media(cold air,low temperature nitrogen,liquid nitrogen) on the hard-cutting performance of the coated tool,and to investigate the feasibility of using clean cutting technology to improve the life of the coated tool.The result demonstrated that compared with dry cutting,the clean cutting media can effectively control the temperature of the cutting area,reduce tool wear and extend tool life.The best tool cutting performance was obtained with 9.8 % reduction in cutting combination force,12.4 % reduction in cutting area temperature and 55.6 % increase in tool life when cutting with liquid nitrogen.The study can provide reference for clean and high speed hard-cutting of H13 steel.
