基于PDCA循环理论的警察职业安全与健康风险防控

Exploration on Police Occupational Safety and Health Risk Prevention and Control Based on PDCA Cycle Theory

借鉴企业管理中通过“计划(Plan)、执行(Do)、检查(Check)、行动(Action)”四个环节解决问题的PDCA循环理论,对我国警察职业安全与健康风险中人员因素、装备因素和环境因素等最重要的三个因素在警察工作中的具体影响,以个别警种为例进行系统分析并给出有针对性的初步解决方案,以此来提高我国警察职业安全与健康风险防控水平。引入新方法,对警察职业安全与健康风险防控研究进行初步探讨,后续需要做大量和全面的调研工作,也可以采取试点的方式,才能更好地将这种方法落实为具体的警察职业安全与健康风险防控标准化方案。

Drawing on the iterative model of Plan-do-check-act(PDCA)cycle,an four-step problem-solving technique in enterprise management,this paper takes individual types of police forces as an example to conduct systematic analysis of the specific impact of personnel,equipment and environmental factors(which are the most important factors in police occupational safety and health risks)on police work.Targeted preliminary solutions are provided to improve the level of prevention and control of police occupational safety and health risks in China.This study mainly introduces new methods to conduct a preliminary discussion on the prevention and control of police occupational safety and health risks research.In the future,a lot of comprehensive research work needs to be done,and a pilot launching study should be launched to implement this method as a specific standardized approach for the prevention and control of police occupational safety and health risks.
