Paths on the High - level Construction of Practical Training Courses forEntry and Exit Management under the OBE Concept

以出入境管理专业实训课程教学改革为例,对标“金课”建设高阶性标准,结合专业特点和国家移民管理事业发展对人才的新要求,在成果导向教育理念指导下,从实训课程教学目标、教学内容、教学方式与教学评价等方面着手,提出以“模块教学—阶段考核—合作学习”三层次重构实训教学设计,以任务指引模式促进学生知识、能力与素质的融合,以研究性学习塑造学生高级思维能力,以现代信息技术与实训教学融合培养学生解决复杂问题的综合能力,以校局合作提升实训教学高阶性建设品质,进一步引导学生的实践、探索能力的开发,培养学生解决复杂问题的综合能力和高级思维。

This article takes the teaching reform of the entry and exit management training course as an example.Benchmarking the“golden course”to build high-level standards,combining specific characteristics and the new requirements for talent in the development of national immigration management under the OBE concept,it is proposed to reconstruct the practical training design at the levels of“training module-stage assessment-cooperative learning”.The aim is to promote the integration of students’knowledge,ability and quality through task-based approach,shape students’advanced thinking through inquiry-based learning,cultivate the comprehensive capability of learning to solve complex problems with modern information technology and practical training integrated,improve the high order quality of practical training through cooperating with the school and related bureaus.
