新时代“枫桥经验”在市域治理中的司法实践与创新路径

“枫桥经验”作为中国基层社会治理的一面旗帜,不仅在历史、功能、实践三个维度上与市域治理的本质属性具有天然契合性,也对新时代解纷机制发展有着积极的示范引领作用。作为“枫桥经验”发源地的浙江绍兴法院,积极探索实践以党建引领为核心,以群众满意为目标,聚焦预警预防预测于一体、诉源执源访源共治的多元解纷新路径。面对新时代、新征程的新机遇、新挑战、新难题,要坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,坚持和发展新时代“枫桥经验”,不断实现解纷理念、机制、手段现代化,为推进中国式现代化市域实践提供更加有力的司法保障。

As a banner of grassroots social governance in China,"Fengqiao Experience"not only has natural compatibility with the municipal social governance in the interpretation of three dimensions of history,function and practice,but also plays a positive demonstration and leading role in the development of dispute resolution mechanism in the new era.As the birthplace of"Fengqiao Experience",Zhejiang Shaoxing Court actively explores and practices a new path of multiple dispute resolution,which takes the construction of CCP as leader and core,taking the satisfaction of the citizens as the fundamental principle,integrating early warning,prevention and prediction as one,and effectively handling the source of litigations,enforcements and public complaints.In the face of new opportunities,challenges and difficulties in the new era and the new journey,we should adhere to the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,adhering to and developing the"Fengqiao Experience"in the new era,striving to realize the comprehensive modernization of the subject,concept,mechanism and means of dispute resolution,and providing a more powerful judicial guarantee for promoting the modernization of municipal social governance.
