摘要
氢燃料电池汽车是解决燃油汽车污染物以及温室气体排放的关键技术,而加氢站是保障氢燃料电池汽车运营的关键设施。为了推进加氢站快速建设的同时降低加氢成本、提高加氢技术水平,优化站内瓶组的分级方法和加注过程控制方法显得尤为重要。就以上两个关键问题进行探讨,根据长期的加氢站运行经验提出了可以将车辆加氢速率维持在较高水平的瓶组分级和加注控制方法。
Hydrogen fuel cell vehicles are key technologies to solve the pollution and greenhouse gas emissions of fuel vehicles,and hydrogen refueling stations are key facilities to ensure the operation of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles.In order to promote the rapid construction of hydrogen refueling stations while reducing hydrogenation costs and improving the level of hydrogenation technology,it is particularly important to optimize the classification method and refueling process control method of the station's bottle groups.Exploring the above two key issues,based on long term operating experience of hydrogen refueling stations,a bottle group classification and refueling control method that can maintain a high level of vehicle refueling rate has been proposed.
