摘要
在食品加工企业中,成本管理是一个非常重要的环节,与其他行业相比,食品生产业的成本管理更关注产品的风味和营养价值,而中小食品加工企业的成本控制侧重点又和大型食品加工业不同。本文从中小型食品生产企业的角度出发,探讨了食品安全背景下中小型食品加工企业的成本控制策略。
In food processing enterprises,cost management is a very important link.Compared with other industries,the cost management of food production industry pays more attention to the flavor and nutritional value of products,while the focus of cost control of small and medium-sized food processing enterprises is different from that of large-scale food processing enterprises.From the perspective of small and medium-sized food production enterprises,this paper discusses the cost control strategies of small and medium-sized food processing enterprises in the context of food safety.
