摘要
开展抽样微生物检测工作,并对该项工作质量进行控制,有利于保障食品安全。本文介绍了食品抽样微生物检测的主要内容与基本流程,指出了工作质量的影响因素,并针对因素提出了质量控制策略,以有效保障工作质量,为食品安全提供保障。
Carrying out sampling microbiological testing and controlling the quality of this work is conducive to ensuring food safety.This paper introduces the main content and basic process of microbiological testing of food sampling,points out the factors affecting the quality of work,and puts forward quality control strategies for the factors,so as to effectively guarantee the quality of work and provide guarantee for food safety.
