疾控中心细菌性食物中毒检验探讨

摘要 随着我国城市化建设的不断完善与发展,人们的生活质量逐渐提高,越来越关注与重视食品安全问题。细菌性食物中毒作为常见的食品安全问题引发的疾病会给人们的身体健康造成一定的不良影响。因此,如何强化食品安全,提高疾控中心细菌性食物中毒的检验质量尤为重要。鉴于此,本文的主要内容是分析与研究疾控中心细菌性食物中毒检验,并以此为相关工作人员提供参考与借鉴。 With the continuous improvement and development of China’s urbanization,people’s quality of life has gradually improved,and more and more attention has been paid to food safety.Bacterial food poisoning,as a common disease caused by food safety problems,will cause some adverse effects on people’s health.Therefore,how to strengthen food safety and improve the inspection quality of bacterial food poisoning in CDC is particularly important.In view of this,the main content of this paper is to analyze and study the detection of bacterial food poisoning in the center for disease control and prevention,and provide reference for relevant staff.
