摘要
目的:了解陕西省部分地区包装饮用水源水质量状况。方法:按照《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB 5749—2006)和《食品安全国家标准饮用天然矿泉水》(GB 8537—2018)标准要求,在陕西省咸阳市、榆林市20家包装饮用水水厂采集源水并进行检测,检测项目为耗氧量、亚硝酸盐、溴酸盐、溴化物、金属元素部分项目、总大肠菌群和铜绿假单胞菌。结果:经检测分析,咸阳市、榆林市的源水中溴酸盐、铜绿假单胞菌均未检出;两市源水受重金属污染程度较小,其中咸阳市锶含量明显较高。两市源水的耗氧量在0.36~1.00 mg·L^(-1);源水中溴化物检出浓度在0.11~1.21 mg·L^(-1)。其中榆林市一处水源亚硝酸盐有检出,总大肠菌群检出为44 CFU·mL^(-1)。结论:咸阳市水质整体受污染程度较小;榆林市部分水源受环境及微生物的影响较大,水质较差,建议厂家提升水源保护意识,加强对水源水的日常监测及周边环境保护。
Objective:To understand the quality of packaged drinking water sources in some areas of Shaanxi.Method:According to GB 5749—2006 and GB 8537—2018 standard requirements,source water was collected and tested from 20 packaged drinking water plants in Xianyang and Yulin of Shaanxi,the test items included oxygen consumption,nitrite,bromate,bromide,metal element,total coliform and pseudomonas aeruginosa.Result:Bromate and Pseudomonas aeruginosa were not detected in the source water of Xianyang and Yulin;the degree of heavy metal pollution in the source water of the two regions is small,the content of strontium in Xianyang is obviously higher.The oxygen consumption of source water in the two regions is between 0.36 and 1.00 mg·L^(-1);the concentration of bromide in the source water is between 0.11 and 1.21 mg·L^(-1).One of the water sources detected nitrite in Yulin,total coliform value was 44 CFU·mL^(-1).Conclusion:The overall degree of water pollution in Xianyang is small;some water sources in Yulin are affected by environment and microorganisms,the water quality is poor,it is recommended that manufacturers enhance the awareness of water protection,strengthen daily monitoring of water sources and protection of the surrounding environment.
