摘要
五味子是一味药食同源的中药,近些年在功能性食品领域应用愈加广泛,其所含的多糖类物质的功能性也备受关注。本文阐述现阶段五味子多糖提取与加工工艺,为其在功能性食品中有效运用提供可靠依据,为五味子产能转化指引新的加工方向。
Schisandra chinensis is a traditional Chinese medicine with the same medicine and food.Therefore,it has become more widely used in the field of functional food in recent years.The functionality of the polysaccharides contained in it has also attracted much attention.In this paper,it expounds the extraction process and efficacy of Schisandra chinensis polysaccharide at the present stage,providing a reliable basis for its effective use in functional food,and guiding a new processing direction for the transformation of Schisandra chinensis polysaccharide production capacity.
