摘要
为了提高食品质量和检测的安全性,将计算机技术应用在食品检测中,可以全面提升检测系统的整体效率。本文对计算机技术在食品质量安全检测中的可操作性、实际作用、现状和优化系统措施等方面进行了深入研究,以期为相关监管部门提供高效的监管形式,并为食品企业建立食品安全追溯体系,提升食品管理的信息化程度,发挥信息技术在食品安全管理中的应有价值和作用,为食品质量安全提供更多参考和保障。
In order to improve the quality and safety of food detection,the application of computer technology in food detection can comprehensively improve the overall efficiency of the detection system.This paper conducts an in-depth study on the operability,practical role,current situation and optimization system measures of computer technology in food quality and safety testing,in order to provide an efficient supervision form for relevant supervision departments,and establish a food safety traceability system for food enterprises,and improve the information level of food management,give full play to the due value and role of information technology in food safety management to provide more reference and guarantee for food quality and safety.
