施用生物纳米硒对水稻富硒降重金属的影响 被引量:2

摘要 探索基于生物纳米硒,搭配硅肥和复合土壤微生物菌剂对水稻的富硒降重金属效应,为富硒降重金属型肥料开发和利用提供参考。以喷施清水为对照,设置0.75、1.50、2.25 mg/m^(2)(以Se计)用量的生物纳米硒在水稻孕穗期和灌浆期分别叶面喷施,水稻成熟后分别测定小区产量,稻米中的镉、铅和硒的含量。结果表明,6个处理的实收产量较对照均有一定程度的提升,但差异不显著,且随着生物纳米硒用量的增大,产量增加越多,最高增产3.28%。所有处理均显著降低了稻米的镉和铅含量,其中施用2.25 mg/m^(2)的生物纳米硒对稻米的镉含量降低效果最好,相比对照的1.58 mg/kg降低至0.23 mg/kg,降幅为85.44%;施用0.75 mg/m^(2)生物纳米硒的稻米铅含量相比对照的1.24 mg/kg降低至0.16 mg/kg,降幅为87.10%。外源喷施生物纳米硒可以显著提高稻米的总硒含量和有机硒含量,且稻米的硒含量与喷施用量呈正相关,6个处理中稻米的有机硒占比均达94.00%以上。
