Development Status and Regulatory Experience of Food Safety at Home and Abroad

食品安全是一个重要的公共卫生问题,许多国家在建立健全本国食品安全体系方面进行了大量工作,我国对食品安全监管体制也进行了重大改革,然而在食品安全监管方面仍面临重大挑战。本文通过总结国内国外食品安全发展现状以及先进的食品安全监管经验,为食品安全监管提供思路。

Food safety is an important public health problem.Many countries have done a lot of work in establishing and perfecting their own food safety systems.China has also carried out a major reform of the food safety supervision system,however,China still faces great challenges in food safety supervision.This paper provides ideas for food safety supervision by summarizing domestic and foreign food safety development status and advanced food safety supervision experience.
