树脂吸附法提纯黑茶中总黄酮的研究

摘要 本文研究了聚酰胺、D-101、AB-8、H-30对黑茶中黄酮的静态吸附,选出吸附解吸效果较好的聚酰胺树脂,并研究其对黄酮吸附的动力学和影响因素。实验结果表明,聚酰胺树脂对黄酮有较大的吸附量;在实验浓度和温度范围内,该树脂对黑茶中黄酮的静态吸附量随着黄酮浓度的增加而增加,随着温度的升高而下降,该树脂对黄酮的最大静态吸附容量为0.725 mg·g^(-1)。 In this paper,the static adsorption of polyamide,D-101,AB-8,H-30 on flavonoids in black tea was studied.The polyamide resin was selected due to its better adsorption and desorption capacities,and its adsorption kinetics and influencing factors on flavonoids were studied.The experimental results showed that polyamide resin had large adsorption capacity for flavonoids;the adsorption capacity of the resin for flavonoids increased with the increase of flavonoids concentration,and decreased with the increase of temperature within the experimental concentration and temperature range.The maximum static adsorption capacity of the resin for flavonoids was 0.725 mg·g^(-1).
