摘要 随着人们生活水平的提高,对健康的关注度也越来越高。全谷物食品因为具有较好的营养和保健功能受到了很多人的关注,在市场上有很广阔的发展空间。全谷物食品的营养是由多种营养素组成的复杂体系,其健康效果主要取决于其中所含的各种营养成分的比例及相互关系,因此利用科学方法来准确分析这些成分间的协同作用显得尤为重要。本文主要对全谷物食品的营养与健康进行了研究,以供参考。 With the improvement of people’s living standard,the concern for health is also increasing.Whole grain foods have received a lot of attention because of their better nutritional and health functions,and have a wide scope for development in the market.The nutrition of whole grain foods is a complex system composed of various nutrients,and its health effects depend mainly on the ratio and interrelationship of the various nutrients contained in them,so it is especially important to use scientific methods to accurately analyze the synergistic effects among these components.In this paper,we focus on the nutrition and health of whole grain foods for reference.
