摘要
生命在于运动,运动则需要营养,运动和营养都是塑造健康人体必不可少的要素,运动与营养两者相辅相成。正确的饮食习惯是运动员运动能力和健康的保证;对于运动员来说,系统训练、合理饮食及营养补充都是比赛期间必不可少的部分。本文主要对运动员在比赛前、中、后期3个阶段的营养补充进行合理的分析,使运动员及时消除运动疲劳,恢复机体,保证竞技能力的正常发挥。
Life lies in exercise,exercise requires nutrition,exercise and nutrition are essential elements to shape a healthy human body,exercise and nutrition complement each other.Reasonable nutrition is the guarantee of athletes’athletic ability and health;For athletes,systematic training,sensible diet and nutritional supplementation are all essential parts of the competition.This paper mainly analyzes the nutritional supplementation of athletes in the three stages of competition,so that athletes can eliminate sports fatigue in time,restore the body,and ensure the normal play of competitive ability.
