摘要
食品生产加工中合理添加一些添加剂对于提高食品的营养价值,方便食品运输、延长食品保质期具有很好的促进作用。但是,食品添加剂的过量使用会对人体健康产生很大的威胁。基于此,本文介绍了食品添加剂的概念和种类以及食品烹饪中合理使用食品添加剂的作用,并针对现阶段食品添加剂使用中存在的问题提出合理的使用方法,以此为食品添加剂在烹饪中的合理使用提供一些参考和建议。
Reasonable addition of some additives in food production and processing can improve the nutritional value of food,facilitate food transportation and prolong the shelf life of food.However,excessive use of food additives will pose a great threat to human health.Based on this,this paper introduces the concept and types of food additives and the role of rational use of food additives in food cooking,and puts forward reasonable use methods in view of the existing problems in the use of food additives at the present stage,in order to provide some references and suggestions for the rational use of food additives in cooking.
