摘要
团体标准是指社会团体、企业及有关机构等自愿采用的,由团体根据特定程序制定发布的非强制性标准。粮食领域团体标准是在自愿的基础上,依据有关法律法规和强制性国家标准或行业标准制定并发布实施,对粮食行业发展具有重要推动作用的为非特定共同需求而制定的技术要求。本文浅析涉粮团体标准的发展现状,并结合粮食行业实际情况对团体标准存在的问题进行了分析和研究,并对其发展提出建议,以期为完善我国粮食标准化工作提供参考和借鉴。
Group standards refer to non-mandatory standards that are voluntarily adopted by social organizations,enterprises and relevant institutions and formulated and issued by groups according to specific procedures.Group standards in the field of food are technical requirements formulated on a voluntary basis,in accordance with relevant laws and regulations and mandatory national standards or industry standards,and issued for implementation,which have an important role in promoting the development of the grain industry.This paper analyzes the development status of grain-related group standards,and analyzes and studies the problems of group standards in the light of the actual situation of the grain industry,and makes suggestions for their development in order to provide reference and reference for improving the work of grain standardization in China.
