国产CT130变壁厚连续管性能及现场应用 被引量:2

摘要 为了进一步推广国产CT130变壁厚连续管产品,促进国产CT130变壁厚连续管的应用,对规格为Φ50.8 mm×(4.44~4.80)mm国产CT130变壁厚连续管不同壁厚处的微观组织及力学性能进行分析检测。结果表明,国产CT130变壁厚连续管不同壁厚组织以细晶板状铁素体+粒状贝氏体+珠光体为主,且母材与焊缝组织的性能基本一致,平均屈服强度均超过980 MPa,平均抗拉强度均超过980 MPa,硬度为306HV_(1.0)~366HV_(1.0),抗内压强度为176.4 MPa,抗外压强度为223.3 MPa;同时,当内压为34.47 MPa时,其疲劳寿命均值为219次,表现出良好的抗挤毁性能。从而说明国产CT130变壁厚连续管的各项性能均满API SPEC 5ST标准要求。 In order to further promote domestic CT130 tapered coiled tubing products and promote the application of domestic CT130 tapered coiled tubing,the microstructure and mechanical properties ofΦ50.8 mm×(4.44~4.80)mm domestic CT130 tapered coiled tubing with different wall thicknesses are analyzed and inspected.The results show that the microstructure of different wall thicknesses of domestic CT130 tapered coiled tubing is dominated by fine⁃grained platelike ferrite+granular bainite+pearlite,and the properties of the base metal and weld microstructure are basically the same.The average yield strength is more than 980 MPa,the average tensile strength is more than 980 MPa,the hardness is 306HV_(1.0)~366HV_(1.0),the internal pressure strength is 176.4 MPa,and the external pressure strength is 223.3 MPa.At the same time,when the internal pressure is 34.47 MPa,the average fatigue life is 219 cycles,demonstrating good anticollapse performance.The properties of domestically produced CT130 tapered coiled tubing meet the requirements of API SPEC 5ST standards.
