摘要 武汉智能网联汽车测试场项目体量大、工期紧、地质情况复杂、工程精度要求高,施工阶段基于BIM进行精细化管理。在系统规划BIM模型执行计划的基础上,创建工程地质、溶洞、桩基、发泡轻质土等模型,基于模型数据,进行碰撞检测、施工放样、3D摊铺等施工应用,以及工艺技术标准化可视化交底、现场策划与样板制作、工程计量、施工信息集成管理等应用,最后对BIM在该项目精细化施工管理中的效益进行评价。 Wuhan Intelligent and Connected Vehicle Testing Field is of such characteristics as large volume,tight construction period,complex geological conditions and high engineering accuracy requirements.BIM is adopted to carry out the lean management in project construction stage.Based on the systematic design of BIM model execution plan,the engineering geological model,karst cave model,pile foundation,foamed lightweight soil and other models are created firstly.Then the construction applications such as collision detection,construction lofting,and 3D paving are carried out with BIM model.After that the management applications such as standardized visualization of process technology,site planning and sample production,engineering quantity takeoff,and construction information integration management are also introduced.Finally,the benefits of BIM in the lean construction management of the project are evaluated.
