摘要
该项目原设计采用后浇带处型钢梁换撑+外墙与围护结构间混凝土板换撑的做法,存在后浇带钢材暴露锈蚀、泥水渗流的质量隐患,以及主塔结构工期严重不足的问题,通过在温度后浇带处采用跳仓法,板撑替换型钢梁撑及外墙与围护结构间钢筋混凝土梁撑替换板撑的做法,研究深基坑支撑拆除及梁与板结构换撑施工技术,解决深基坑支撑结构拆除对施工的不利影响,确保基坑及周边建筑安全稳定,有效避免后浇带渗漏及钢材锈蚀,优化防水及回填施工工序,整体加快施工进度,提高工程质量。
The original design of the project adopted the method of replacing the steel beam at the post⁃pouring belt+replacing the concrete plate between the external wall and the retaining structure.There are hidden quality hazards such as steel exposure corrosion and mud seepage in the post⁃pouring belt and limited construction period of the main tower structure.Through the method of jumping the warehouse at the temperature post⁃pouring belt,replacing the steel beam brace with the plate brace and replacing the plate brace with the reinforced concrete beam brace between the external wall and the retaining structure,the construction technology of deep foundation excavation support removal and beam and plate structure replacement is studied,which has solved the adverse effects of deep foundation excavation support structure removal on engineering construction,ensured the safety and stability of the foundation excavation and surrounding buildings,effectively avoided post⁃pouring belt leakage and steel corrosion,optimized the waterproof and backfilling construction process,accelerated the construction progress,and improved the quality.
